Updating edflib to 1.22 in Rawhide with an ABI change

In one week (2022-07-23), or slightly later, I will update edflib from 1.21 to 1.22 in Rawhide [1]. This brings a (downstream) .so version bump, since fields are added to the middle of a structure in a public header [2]. Since edflib is a leaf package, there should be no impact. [1] https://
