Hello,
I have a similar issue but I am running Windows10 VM on Fedora 35. Windows is
really unstable acting weird and crashing all the time. Tried with different
versions of VirtualBox 6.1.32, 6.1.34 and 6.1.35 with the same result.
Reverting the kernel to 5.17.11 fixes the issue for me.

The spec-version-maven-plugin license has been "CDDL or GPLv2 with
exceptions". I am about to update to version 2.1 in Rawhide, which
changes the license to "EPL-2.0 or GPLv2 with exceptions". This
change should have no practical consequences for Fedora.
