I'm going to rebase miniz in Rawhide from 1.15_r4 to 2.1.0. The new
miniz breaks ABI (while preserving API), thus a soname will change.
I will rebuild all the two dependent packages:
perl-Sereal-Encoder
perl-Sereal-Decoder
