Upstream has rewritten geoipupdate, a utility for fetching new versions
of GeoIP databases. It was formerly written in C and GPLv2 licensed;
the new version is written in Go and is (ASL 2.0 or MIT) licensed.
Whilst updating, I have also dropped and obsoleted the geoipupdate-cron6
