tinyxml2 API/ABI change

Hello, I will update tinyxml2 in a week in rawhide. cppcheck, dvblinkremote and libmediainfo will need to be rebuilt afterwards. As far as I can tell no change will be needed to rebuild at least the last two. A scratch build is available at: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=68598
