Just as the subject. I did not find this perl module Pod::Plainer.
This module is required by LSB dist test for LSB 4.1. But I did
not find in LSB DB tables.

due to license change in Ruby, rubygem-main and rubygem-fattr licenses have
been changed (after clarification with the author).
Previous licenses were GPLv2+ or Ruby, current licenses are BSD or Ruby.
The change applies to F17 and rawhide.
