This is a release candidate to the forthcoming Erlang R14 release,
which is scheduled on September 2010.
I'm almost sure that no visible dependency issues will be introduced
by this upgrade, although there may be some hidden issues, which I
plan to track down and fix during consequent

I suggest email roulette. Write a simple script to mark 5/6ths of them
as read. Reply to the other 1/6th as normal. =)

Hello,
as you might noticed, perl was pushed into rawhide. Test buildroot will
be deleted, so since now all changes go to rawhide. It looks like
nothing was broken, at least no new missing requirements or build
requirements.
