ClevoOpenBoardPkg was removed from edk2-platforms in commit
1dc2b96e767f7d1289f90539b6be162430225043.
The single board supported in the package (N1xxWU) was moved to
KabylakeOpenBoardPkg (as GalagoPro3). Any future bugs for this board should be
filed against KabylakeOpenBoardPkg.
