On our release channel, a very small percentage opt-in to telemetry.
Our pre-release builds have telemetry activated by default and, there, the
proportion is almost the mirror reverse.
I'll ask a team member to get you more details ASAP.

I want to get some very rough numbers for our entire userbase, but I
don't know how to go from "number of users who opted in to telemetry"
to "all users". Do we have any information on the proportion of users
opt in to telemetry?
