Well, well, I went ahead and did it, then. CustomSaveHandler is now
deprecated in 3.6.2; any objections in removing it altogether in 3.7
already ?

Thanks to Fabrizio, since MAGNOLIA-2272/3.6.1, we have the possibility
to have per-field save handlers.
While I really like the feature, I'm not convinced by the name of the
interface. How about we rename it to something more explicit as to
what it's doing, for instance FieldSaveHandl
