that run would refer to a circumstance where someone runs the entire note
(as a cron or something) while update would be upon paragraph execution.
However, those are very much open to change as they were just general use
cases

One question, on your screenshot, how update and run are different?
I guess 'Run' is update of output, and 'update' is anyother update of Note.
is it correct?
