I'm sorry but there was a mistake in my way of checking.
Now, I can see the "RUNNING" status on a notebook while a paragraph is
executing. Last night, I didn't see "RUNNING" status because an interpreter
was in state of launching and a paragraph was not executing.

"PENNING" for a long time then changed "FINISHED".
Can anyone verify it?
