The email on the form is jur...@ivoryemr.co.za
But there is no such email in the gpg key we have on file. That key has
do...@xsinet.co.za and adme...@gmail.com .
If you can double check we can see if there is a problem on our side.

We also need to handle the case where the submitter chose an id that was either
in use or illegal. We may need more tooling support for this case.
The new messages with id will need additional tooling to modify the body text
to substitute the id in the message.
