On Apache Subversion's roster, Whimsy shows one of our PMC member's name
with incorrect spelling: Timofei Zhakov's first name is shown as Timofey (y
instead of i; i is correct).

If a user sends multiple documents in one email (e.g. SGA and CCLA) and
secretary files one of the documents, the entire message is put into deleted
state. If the second document is also valid, secretary needs to un-delete the
original and then process the second document.
