I'd like to add this new API, TSHttpSsnSSLConnectionGet(), as discussed in
Jira:

The reason for this API is to get client certificate information, such as

I hate to vote -1 on the release, but there is an issue with it repeatedly

Ok, so because of Bryan's -1 we are going to call this vote as a failure
and re-roll an RC1 when we get a patch for that bug. Look for another vote
