Need A guide to using apache traffic server for multi tier storage

Hi community,   Does anyone using the multi tier storage feature of Apache traffic server?   I want to store the most frequently accessed objects at /ats/fast, and the less frequently accessed objects at /ats/slow. How I can configure Apache Traffic Server version 10.0?   Thanks!
