Here are my notes for a redhat/centos environment
* Get pip installed. I did this a couple different ways on a couple
different boxes. I think the cleanest way was to enable the epel
repository and yum install python-pip

Sorry, used wrong terminology. In my past work I just used ip
namespaces via the "ip netns" commands. That is what I'd like to
propose to add for new_tsqa if something else does not already exist.

Note that the new RC does not fix Igor's issue. His cache is in a state where
clearing it is the only way out. We are still investigating this issue, but I'm
pretty confident it's not specific to the 5.2.1 release candidate. We have seen
