I'm not too keen on this. The [TCPInfo
plugin](https://trafficserver.readthedocs.org/en/latest/reference/plugins/tcpinfo.en.html)
already does this with a lot more

one of the things that was discussed on our last Summit was a few minor
adjustments to the release process. The proposal at hand is as below, please
