ed a borked shell and bloated libraries.
Replace the GTK bindings with ncurses or libcaca and get
rid of bash, that will make things interesting.

Unix is simple. It just takes a genius to understand its simplicity.
l is ok for a minimal codebase, but it really needs more than
just vim keybindings and bash if it wants to be a Unix alike
browser.

You might want to check out pkgcore[1], it's better than portage *shrug*, or you
can try paludis[2] + exherbo[3] ;)
