Just a trivial fix for a minor quirk: an aesthetic annoyance I
experienced when launching a new surf view inside tabbed. The surf
instance flashed a little on startup which is completely avoidable as
far as tabbed won't show it immediately. I lowered the new window
until it gets focused.
