[dev] Encoding errors with umlauts in dwm statusbar and dmenu

Hello guys, I encountered a problem with umlauts that are used in the title of windows and are presented in dwm statusbar. Furthermore also umlauts in dmenu are wrong displayed. With gohufont I use a font that supports unicode so that should not be the problem. I'm working
