You can follow the patch submission process, or host mock ups somewhere
and link us to them.
That said, the site should work with old browsers too. Using new
technologies is fine as long as the site is fully functional in their
absence too.

Thank you for getting back to me. Not much in terms of complaints but more
on improving the design and layout structure. As you know it looks a little
out dated I am sure I can revamp it and make it more appealing, add strong
call to actions and use latest technology such as HTML5, CSS3
