I didn't test 1.7.3, but after testing 1.7.4 I compared its installation directory with 1.7.2 and noticed that lib/apache2/modules/ now contains mod_dontdothat.so. The change was made in 1.7.3. CHANGES: "General: ship mod_dontdothat with the standard release". Log message:
