[PATCH] repro-template.bat: Avoid three "File not found" errors when run for the first time

Hi! When repro-template.bat [1] is run for the first time, it prints 3 error messages "File not found" (in the language of the OS). Those error messages are caused by an attempt to unconditionally delete the "repos", "wc" and "import-me" subdirectories, that do not exist when the bat file is run
