While Community Growth has been minimal, it did happen.

The project, albeit having a small number of committers and contributors,
is probably as active as some established TLPs. There are also seasoned
committers among us who have plenty of experience across different projects
at the ASF, which should put the project in good stead

Overall, SC is a well-established project that has been around for over ten
years and has consistently had users. There are also other TLPs with a niche
focus,
