Following up to answer my own question. It looks like after bumping the org.apache.sling.testing.paxexam dependency to 4.1.0, you also have to bump the various org.ops4j.pax.exam dependency versions to 4.14.0 at the same time. With that adjustment, the tests seem to run ok. So +1 for me, with a
