I experienced some difficulties when trying to join the meeting. I was
required to use software called "VooV meeting" as I'm not from China. But
unfortunately, the 'VooV meeting' is not available in Sri Lanka. Could it
be because I didn't use a VPN?

We will usually use the tencent Meeting[1]
will usually use Chinese to communicate (English is also available).
If you are interested, you can access the meeting through the meeting
link in the community email.
