Bcc'd are the users whose logins were changed during the migration
from the Roller JIRA to the main JIRA. This was because those logins
were already taken in the main JIRA.
Your new login is roller_. So 'anon' becomes 'roller_anon'
etc. Passwords should remain the same.

The Roller project has now been migrated
into the main JIRA at http://issues.apache.org/jira/.
Those who were JIRA admins on the Roller JIRA now have the
admin role for the Roller project in the new one. Members of
cayenne-developers have been added to the committer role.

It makes sense to me and I've applied it in the Roller I'm running
against Oracle (or trying to... still buggy).
