I'm +1 on complete migration, but I do think it's a large amount of work and I'm OK with doing a partial migration for 4.0. BTW, I'm working on a proposal to refactor the JSP menu tag and adding Struts2 support to it. And Allen: thanks for getting the migration started! It looks great so far. -
