The git commit is incorrect in the voting mail
(d45c08827387bd8d2a0d6bdc542c2bf7e4ebcda8 instead of
92a1e390e854876b54936bd0e6d21bf1e5071aeb)
I don't think it needs a new RC but I believe it needs a new voting
mail with the correct commit.
