Hi, Pulsar Community. I want to start a discussion about changing the default value of deprecated loadBalancerMemoryResourceWeight to 0. We have deprecated this conf in PR: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/19559, because the memory usage increase all the way until the GC reclaim the space
