I had a couple of problems on Friday for some last minute patches we wanted
to include especially about Transactions and PIP85 and a couple of other
important fixes.
I will create again the branch-2.9 branch from current master branch in
order to be sure to not lose any commit.

Thanks for pointing this out.
I had sent a similar message a couple of weeks ago regarding the helm chart.
I am not sure that we can recover past releases.
But I believe that we can enforce a better process for the next releases of
any artifact/sub project of Pulsar.
