Hi folks
I merged the PRs required for RC3 (and cherry picked on the
release/0.10.x branch).
I'm doing a full build/pass on the release branch and I will submit
RC3 to vote. It will be tomorrow morning (my time).

First, we should fix the naming. I assume "polaris catalog" was used before
the donation to the ASF. Now, we should consistently use "Apache Polaris"
or simply "Polaris".
Also, I prefer the style JB suggested, it’s cleaner and makes the
