No idea what that screenshot is. Can you this issue to the team that maintain
that application so that they can check their app and potentially enhance the
details on this issue.

Nah sorry. I am just using a software and the window I see the error is called
"details of the back-end process". I don't have access to anything more. :(

I'd have thought this was more likely to occur when reading an existing file.
If this is not the case, could you provide the stacktrace and ideally some code
that causes the problem.
