Impala supports Ozone Erasure Coding

Hi community, We've been developing this feature for a while. Impala now supports Ozone, both Ratis as well as Erasure Coding buckets. IMPALA-11476 tracks the Impala Ozone EC support. The feature is completely supported in Apache Impala 4.3.0 (
