I am a little confused the netlink patch. From the IRC meeting on 8/5, my
understanding is that we'd come up with a proposal for how to go about making
these changes: VMware would come up with something on the kernel side, and

a) coding style differs from linux kernel to windows kernel, and we cannot
combine the two in the windows kernel
