How about reusing Openstack Congress which is already out there and also
implements something like nlog?

Are there any plans to include ovs-test in the rpm in the future? I
see that it was removed from rpm packaging by
http://openvswitch.org/pipermail/git/2011-November/002036.html quite a
long time ago.
