He receives error 403 Forbidden
- IP address: 92.92.210.202
- Hostname: 202.210.92.92.rev.sfr.net
- Country: France
Could you have a look if this IP is not blacklisted?

Yes, their IP address was on the deny list. I have removed that IP from the
deny list and added it to the allow list. Hopefully that will prevent
reoccurrence of a ban.
