But it seems Apple has tightened the Gatekeeper? Right mouse click and
"Open" did not work for me, I had to go to the security settings...

For these test builds, do we have any ASF space we can use, or should use, to
host them?

Since the ASF stopped providing space for it, I now use Google Drive.
After all, these are my personal builds, nothing official.
For everything more "official" (dev builds, etc.) we can use
dist.apache.org (dev area).
