If you are tlaking about the AOO helpfiles, they are simply HTML, sure you
can download the files from the source code as-is.
But I dont think there is an ODF of the helpfiles, there is so much other
documentation that is on ODF already. Might have better luck reading that.

language) help contents to an single editable document such as ODF or WORD
or any other format.
So in your opinion, what is the easiest way to do this?
