Hello there,
I started to subscribe these list since May. I began by asking question on
API list, volunteer translation on l10n and doc, than finally, I start to
investigate annoying issues I encountered. I come from Taiwan and am
interested about issues specific to traditional Chinese.

There will be upgrades on Bugzilla and JIRA this weekend (23-24 Aug),
continuing the list of server upgrades being done by the Apache
Infrastructure team.
Expected downtime is < 30 minutes.

Hello, I just tried to download the current version (4.1.1 for mac OSX 64bit)
and the download failed through sourceforge. it tried to contact the server
then I got the "thank you for downloading" screen, but nothing came through.
You might want to check it out, I'll try again at another date.
