what is the problem?
One can export a PDF and - with an extension - it is also possible to
import a PDF.
And with this extension one can use a PDF also as a container for odf
documents.
There are only limitations to create PDF forms.
To create PDF documents one does not need Adobe.
without formatting problems. on the contrary, great problems are created.
