I tested the report today.
My system differs slightly.
I tested with
- AOO 4.1.12
- win 11
- 2x ASUS screens with AMD GPU
- OpenJDK is installed
I have no issues.

What Version of AOO do you use?
Do you have Java 32bit installed?
