similar issues for any other users. If there is anything to try in the
configuration we can have a look, but I have no ideas and I can't

I see a post in July and then back in 2013. There was a major change when the
forum changed to an https address. Could it be the problem?
Have you tried with a new account on your machine (or a new profile if you use
Firefox for example)?
