Not able to add files.

Hi everyone, I am working on this problem: https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=118788 Whenever I am trying to create a file in aoo/main folder it only creates a read only files. and when i forcefully change its mode it says permission denied even after being root user. Please anyone suggest
