Yes, the new strings are there, but as expected in English.
Translation would need patching the SDF files.
IMHO we cannot wait forever to release this, it is almost 11 years old!

One problem I see here is that the changes include new strings. So for en-US
it should work, but all other translated versions would have English text (at
best).
