Maybe new leadership at TDF will encourage cooperation between LO and AOO

In fact it might be counter productive for Apache OpenOffice to be seen
as interfering in the democratic process of another project.
Leave LibreOffice to resolve whatever problems they may or may not have
and concentrate on attracting new developers and contributors to Apache
OpenOffice.

I don't think an open letter is a good idea. Maybe we would get public
attention. But IMO it is better to get it for our product.
I don't think, we'll get more developers in that way. All developers of
LibreOffice know very well, were and how hey can find and contact us.
