I downloaded the test document and tried the links using 4.1.10. I saw the expected warnings. Closing the file and reopening via the drop down list on the Open button worked with no problem. I then installed the 4.1.11 linked above (Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.11_Win_x86_install_en-US_6652b2eb2e.exe
