Fwd: [Issue 120350] Extensions included in the basis core package are always installed by default

I have completed the minimum testing I need to cast a binding +1 vote for RC4, including successfully compiling and testing from the source tarball as well as installing and testing a couple of binaries. I will, of course, continue testing until the decision is made. On 9/22/2017 10:51 AM, Jim
