This is all the directories in the LICENSE file, and after removing the
files under these directories, I finally get a list with 136 files.
We are very close to finish the license work now :)

The PR contains the implementation of inline functions. Are those handled
in the same way as symbols definitions?

Good question. From what I read, inline functions ARE copyright-able,
but of course, that is also controversial:
